Hi there! I'm Vanessa, and I wear many hats in life—proud mother, devoted wife, and fitness enthusiast. As a mom of five incredible children, I know firsthand the importance of balancing a busy schedule while prioritizing health and well-being.

For over 10 years, I've been passionate about personal training, focusing exclusively on empowering women to reach their fitness goals. I believe in building each other up and creating a community of support because I understand how challenging it can be to juggle busy schedules while still making time for yourself. That’s why I offer flexible meeting options, including sessions at parks or in the comfort of my clients’ homes.

Through this journey, I’ve realized that fitness is more than physical strength—it's about finding confidence, balance, and the energy to show up fully in our lives. My goal is to create a supportive space where women can thrive, whether it's through personalized Zoom sessions or hands-on in-person coaching. I am deeply committed to empowering others to feel strong, both inside and out.
