Guaranteed Results: If you dedicate yourself to the workout program and follow nutrition advice that is given to you, your results are guaranteed. In addition, you will likely be asked to complete some additional cardiovascular exercise outside of your training times.
Current Nutrition Advice: If needed, Vanessa can explain how your current diet may have excessive calories, unhealthy fats, or be otherwise inadequate. If you have any nutrition or fitness questions throughout your training experience, don't hesitate to ask Vanessa.
Correct Form and Technique Coaching: Proper form is essential to ensure you do not injure yourself, and to enhance the results of your workouts. Even if you are experienced, expect to be routinely corrected on your posture.
Safe Workouts: There are other considerations besides form that Vanessa keeps in mind. Vanessa will ensure all equipment is undamaged and properly set up before being used, and she may have you check with your doctor if you have any special circumstances such as hypertension before beginning a workout program. Also, Vanessa will not permit you to lose excessive amounts of weight over short time periods because it is not healthy for your body. If you need to lose 30 pounds, it is far safer to lose a maximum of one or two pounds per week for several months and watch the results add up. This is beneficial, as you gain many other health benefits from your on going workouts besides simply weight loss.
Personalized Programs: Client programs are all completely unique and individually built from the informative base you provide with your goals and current fitness capabilities. Programs are designed to achieve the results you request, the way you request. Of course you may ask Vanessa to alter your program at any time if you feel your goals are adapting, changing, or you have specific methods or equipment which you are more comfortable with or prefer.
