Vanessa's home studio, located in Brooklyn Park, MN, is a great option If you prefer a private, comfortable atmosphere to train and learn proper fitness in. Refer to the In-Home Studio tab for more details. Vanessa designs all sessions with your goals, fitness level, and abilities in mind. Training sessions are offered in one-hour increments, and two or more sessions per week are recommended for best results. Package pricing is below.
SKYPE PERSONAL TRAINING SESSIONS
Bring all the benefits of Nessa Fitness training to you! For those that do not live near Brooklyn Park, MN, live out of the state or country, travel frequently for work, or are even on vacation and don't want to lose progress, skype sessions are a great option! Whether you have little or no equipment, to a lot, Vanessa will take you through effective personalized workouts to reach your goals. She will also demonstrate proper form and technique from inside her home studio gym during skype sessions for safe and correct exercise.
STUDIO OR SKYPE SMALL GROUP PERSONAL TRAINING
Get a group of friends or family members together, or Vanessa can also match you up with a group, for a fun way to get in shape, and stay in shape. Receive a great motivational support system through your team to each reach personal health and fitness goals.

INDEPENDENT FITNESS VIDEO PROGRAMS
These programs are great if you live out of town or state, and would still like a personalized fitness program to follow on your own. These programs can be designed for you to complete in the comfort of your own home, or at a gym. Each month, you will receive a personalized video through your email of Vanessa demonstrating your workout routine from her home studio gym. You will also receive the written program with the video. A gmail account is required to send the videos to you through google docs. Vanessa will also keep in touch with you throughout each month, monitor your diet tracking, and answer any fitness or nutrition questions you may have throughout your training. Pricing is $45/month.
MEAL PLAN LAYOUT NUTRITION PROGRAMS
Do you want to get on the right track with healthy eating that includes getting all of the food groups in within the correct amounts for you, and also getting to chose what you want to eat? This meal plan layout specific to your calorie range and nutritional needs for your health and weight loss, weight maintenance, or weight gain goals comes with all training packages! This personalized nutritional requirements outline guides you through your daily nutritional needs, and helps you maintain longterm healthy eating habits.
POLE FITNESS DANCE CLASS / POLE PARTIES
Move, spin, dip, and lift your way to fitness in this 8 count by 8 count exercise dance routine. Each month will consist of new moves, spins, and lifts to master! $45 per privately scheduled class (1 person), $30 per pole (2 people), or $15 to share a pole (4 people).

ABOUT PERSONAL TRAINING SESSIONS
Training programs are designed by Vanessa specifically around individual's goals, training level, and any exercise implications. During sessions, individuals will learn proper form and posture that will carry over to daily life activities for injury prevention, and properly increased strength and muscular definition. Training program routines advance every four to six weeks to increase strength, balance, stability, coordination, and prevent plateaus and boredom. Four to six weeks per routine will also help individuals learn each exercise most effectively and efficiently. Two to Three training sessions per week are recommended for best results. Vanessa also monitors your diet tracking, and answers any fitness or nutrition questions you may have throughout your training. Vanessa's goal is to help others feel confident in their fitness knowledge and ability so they can forever keep exercise a regular part of their lives, with or eventually without the assistance of a trainer.
PERSONAL TRAINING PACKAGES
Packages are best if you are serious about your goals, want the best results, want to save money in the long run, and plan to make fitness a lifestyle. Packages come in three, six, and twelve month increments, two or more days per week. Pricing is below.
Assessments are required for safe training program development, and to track and monitor your progress over time. They are generally conducted every three months, and are great motivators since you can see all of the improvements you have made. Vanessa uses the most up to date techniques and equipment necessary to provide for meaningful assessments.
Complete Assessment: A fitness assessment starts with goal setting and a health history questionnaire to help identify any health concerns you may have. Then measurements of your blood pressure, resting heart rate, weight, body fat %, and circumference measurements will be taken. Finally, you will perform a cardiovascular test on a treadmill, or a three minute YMCA step test, sit and reach, and a push up and abdominal crunch test.
